This document outlines Juggernaut Labs logistics, transit guidelines, and refund protocol criteria.

1. Biotech Return Protocol (Vials & Compounds)

Due to the chemical sensitivity and clinical purity constraints of our research products, all peptide sales are final. We cannot accept returns on biotech vials once they leave our facility as we cannot guarantee containment integrity.

2. Apparel Return Protocol (Shirts & Accessories)

We offer exchanges or store credit on apparel items (tees, caps, shorts) within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tag components intact.

3. Damage in Transit

If your package is structurally compromised or vial seals are broken upon transit arrival, submit photographic evidence to our communication gateway (Support Link) within 24 hours for immediate re-shipment verification.
